Score Improvement Guarantee

At Benthall Prep, we’re committed to delivering measurable results. That’s why we proudly offer a Score Improvement Guarantee for students enrolled in our SAT Prep and ACT Prep courses.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the guarantee, students must:

  1. Complete the full course (SAT or ACT) within a consecutive six-week period.
  2. Attend all classes and meet all deadlines for assigned homework and practice exams.
  3. Submit an official pre-course score report, either from the PSAT/SAT or PACT/ACT, dated prior to the start of the course.
  4. Submit an official post-course score report from a test taken no more than 30 days after course completion.

If all of the above conditions are met, and if the student’s official super score does not improve compared to the official pre-course score, Benthall Prep will issue a 100% tuition refund.

Additional Support:

Students who meet the eligibility requirements for the Score Improvement Guarantee but do not achieve their target score – as mutually established with our instructors – are also eligible to re-enroll as refresher students in a future session of the same course at a discounted rate:

  • 50% off for in-person refresher enrollment
  • 75% off for Zoom-based refresher enrollment

Important Notes:

– An SAT super-score is calculated by taking the highest scores from each section (Reading/Writing and Math) across multiple test dates and adding them together.

– An ACT super-score is calculated by taking your highest section scores (English, Math, Reading, and Science) from any test dates and averaging them.

– Only official score reports issued by the College Board (SAT) or ACT, Inc. will be accepted for pre-course and post-course metrics.

– Refunds and discounts are void if students fail to submit assignments on time, miss classes, fail to makeup work by the appointed deadlines, or test outside the 30-day post-course window.

– Benthall Prep reserves the right to verify all submitted documentation and deny claims that do not meet the outlined criteria.
